Karmm seeks to raise $4 million in Series A funding,

the company's valuation is set at a pre-money valuation of $30 million, resulting in a post-money valuation of $34 million.

The funding corresponds to offering approximately 11.76% equity to the investors.

This amount will cover the $3 million needed for user acquisition

while providing a buffer for unforeseen challenges and supporting continued growth and operations.

This investment is dedicated to enhancing our native ecosystem, the Karmm platform, consisting of two apps:
